Our Beliefs

We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.

  • Scripture Authority

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative, written Word of God which we must live. (II Timothy 3:16-17)

  • Triune God

We believe there is one God (Godhead), eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19-20; Romans 1:20; Colossians 2:9)

  • Christ’s Deity

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ: His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His future return to this earth. (Matthew 1:18-25; II Corinthians 5:21; I John 2:2; Acts 2:31-35)

  • New Birth

We believe that you must be born again through repentance and faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ to receive eternal salvation. (John 3:16)

  • Water Baptism

We believe and encourage all believers to follow Jesus’ example of water baptism and to be water baptized by immersion after accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior.

  • Spirit Baptism

We believe and encourage all believers to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit subsequent to the new birth, and in to exercise the Spiritual gifts, as the Holy Spirit gives utterance (speaking and praying in tongues), to the edification of the believer and the body of Christ, which is given to all who ask in faith. (Acts 2:4; I Corinthians 12:7-10)

  • Holy Living

We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christians is enabled to live a holy life which is God’s standard of living for His people. (I Peter 1:2)

  • Communion Practice

We believe in partaking of the Lord’s Supper, also known as Communion. (I Corinthians 11:23-26)

  • Divine Healing

We believe that the redemptive work of Jesus Christ through the cross provides divine healing of the human body in answer to the prayer of faith. (I Peter 2:24)

  • Blessed Hope

We believe in the blessed hope, also known as the pre-millennial taking away of the saints (rapture) of the church. (I Thessalonians 4:13-18)
